Our goal is to process and ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM CST, excluding holidays).
International orders can be shipped via UPS or USPS. Please note: UPS Standard generally charges a Brokerage Fee for “Ground Service” shipments. Air shipments by UPS are usually not subject to a Brokerage Fee. US Postal Service does not ever charge a Brokerage Fee regardless of which service is used, only duties and taxes are charged if applicable. We recommend using US Postal Service as the most cost effective means of shipping Internationally. However, you may choose the shipping method that best serves your needs during the checkout process. Pricing is available prior to placing your order by filling in your complete address information, then the pricing options will be accurate.
We are not responsible for delays caused by Customs or Customs fees and/or charges including but not limited to VAT or GAT taxes in Canada or elsewhere. If you have further questions about Customs clearance or shipping regulations, please contact your local Post Office or Customs Office regarding their regulations BEFORE you order.
Our warehouse and fulfillment facilities are in Utah, United States, and all orders are shipped from the USA. Any orders refunded by us will be refunded minus the shipping and handling fees. Wholesale orders are subject to the same shipping policies as other orders.
Tracking Your Packages
You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers’ online stores. Your shipment service will be indicated in the e-mail.
