Instructions

Combine the flour, matcha green tea powder and salt.

Place flour mixture onto a clean surface, create a well in the center.

Place the eggs and oil into the well.

With a fork, begin whisking the eggs in the middle of the flour mixture, and begin bringing the flour mixture into the eggs.

Continue mixing until all he flour has come in to form a loose dough.

Knead the dough with your hands until it takes form of a nice soft ball.
• If too dry, add water 2 tsp at a time
• If too sticky, add flour 2 tsp at a time -
Cover and let dough rest for 20-30 minutes.

Divide dough in fourths and roll out with a pasta machine.

Dry pasta completely for storage, or cook in boiling water for 3 minutes and toss with your favorite pasta sauce.
