Matcha Granola

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/4 Cup honey
  • 1/4 Cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Ujido Matcha Powder
  • 3 Cups oats
  • 1 Cup almond slivers
  • 1 Cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 Cup flaked coconut
 

 

 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300

  2. Combine the coconut oil, honey, brown sugar, and matcha in a large bowl.

  3. Add in the oats, almonds, and seeds. Mix until coated.

  4. Mix in the coconut flakes.

  5. Spread granola mixture onto a lined baking sheet and bake 40 mins stirring every 10 minutes

  6. Remove from oven and let cool completely.

  7. Store in an airtight container.
