Matcha Green Tea Mug Cake

  •  4 Tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Ujido Matcha
  • 1/4 Teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar (add more for a sweeter treat)
  • 3 Tablespoons nonfat milk
  • 1/2 Tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into an oversized microwave-safe mug.

  2. Mix with a small whisk until batter is smooth and uniform in color.

  3. Microwave for 1 minute.

  4. Let cake cool for a few minutes and then eat.
