Instructions

Combine herbs, salt, matcha, and olive oil in a food processor until blended

Spread matcha herb mixture over pork loin.

Cover and chill at least 1 hour.

Grill pork loin until internal temperature reaches 160

Serve.

*You can set aside some of the matcha herb mixture at the beginning to top the cooked pork loin.
