Pork Loin with Herbed Matcha Rub


  • fresh sage leaves
  • 12 fresh basil leaves
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh thyme
  • clove garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 Teaspoons Ujido Matcha Powder
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pork loin



  1. Combine herbs, salt, matcha, and olive oil in a food processor until blended

  2. Spread matcha herb mixture over pork loin.

  3. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.

  4. Grill pork loin until internal temperature reaches 160

  5. Serve.

  6. *You can set aside some of the matcha herb mixture at the beginning to top the cooked pork loin.
