Pumpkin Spice Matcha Latte

It's that time of year again, when all things that can be pumpkin spice-ified show up everywhere. Call us basic if you want, but we love it! There's also nothing quite like the warm joy of a pumpkin spice matcha latte on a cool autumn morning. It's an easy recipe to boot.

Pumpkin Spice Matcha Latte Recipe


1/2 cup hot water (almost boiling)
1 cup oat milk (or your favorite milk)
2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
2 teaspoons maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
1 teaspoon matcha powder
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Optional Ingredients:

whipped cream of choice
Ceylon cinnamon


Combine milk, pumpkin, maple syrup, spice, and syrup. Use a frother or a blender to give it some foam. Place milk combination in a glass or mug. In another heat resistant glass combine water and matcha. Whisk until smooth. Pour over milk. Garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy.

You can make this without the pumpkin puree. You can heat up the milk if you like your lattes even hotter. You can also make this recipe over ice for those warmer days.
