We haven't changed the formulation with the new packaging. Matcha is a natural product, so it varies from batch to batch as the tencha leaves come from different farms. We try our best to curate the same flavor and quality each time we mix, but sometimes it isn't possible with the harvests on hand. The 2025 harvest was affected by a colder than normal spring that slightly lowered the quality of ceremonial grade. Your palate may be refined enough to taste this subtle difference.
